I’m a former Physician Assistant gone Rogue.
I left western medicine, because I knew there was a better way
To help myself and others heal.
On the outside, I looked happy.
BUT on the inside… I felt powerless and defeated.
I was in survival mode.
My body ached from exhaustion after a long day.
I woke up with a flat stomach in the morning, and by the evening I looked 3 months pregnant.
Pounding migraines hit me 6–8 times a month, leaving me drained.
The muscles in my neck and shoulders were as hard as rocks, sometimes locked in painful spasms.
I took birth control just to manage my acne, feeling self-conscious about my skin.
Every day, I was stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed—
trapped in a relentless cycle of feeling like I wasn’t doing enough…
or wasn’t good enough.
Then in 2016, I had a pivotal life changing moment…
Sitting on our old leather brown couch,
On the brink of divorce,
After a difficult conversation with my husband…
The thought going through my head was,
“Something needs to change”
What needed to change was…ME.
That moment sparked a transformation in every area of my life.
I uncovered the root causes of my health struggles and healed my body.
I learned powerful techniques to calm my stressed nervous system.
I deepened my faith in God, and embraced my unique design and gifts.
Fast forward to today…
I am Revived + Thriving
My mind and body is calm,
My muscles are relaxed.
I’m in the best shape,
And feel amazing in my body.
My body is nourished,
And energy is flowing.
My relationship with myself and my husband is renewed.
I am blessed to have a beautiful daughter.
I feel free to live my life as who God created me to be.
I experience more peace, happiness, and fulfillment in my life.
